The Seven Conversations refresher with Linda Hutchings

This is a one-day refresher of the Setting Your Staff Up To Succeed Programme (The Seven Conversations) for kaimahi who have previously attended this workshop.

Linda will briefly recap the seven conversations and will be keen to hear examples of what you have implemented – what worked and what didn’t!
She will also do a deep dive on the nudge conversations (the uphold, the redirect, the raising it, the CPR and the time for a plan models). Please bring examples of what you have tried.
